The next Android update introduces LaneNerd, the new name for BowlrIQ by Bitmule LLC. Version 3.2.0 has not yet been released on Google Play.

• Same app, new name: Keep the familiar brain-and-bowling-ball logo and green color scheme.
• Your history stays with you: Update the app you already have. Your sessions, scores, leagues, arsenal, unfinished games and settings stay in place. No reinstall, new account or data transfer is needed.
• Your backups still work: Backups exported from BowlrIQ remain compatible. New exports use the LaneNerd name.
• Same support: This website continues to handle feedback and support during the transition.

The app remains free and available on Android. An iOS version has not been released.

BowlrIQ 3.1.1 is available on Google Play. The recent Android updates include:

• Shot analysis: Open Stats → Shots to compare strike rates and spare conversions by target arrow, target board, board crossed and breakpoint. See attempt counts, aim accuracy and an average recorded line between the arrows and breakpoint. Results use the details saved in completed games; the sketch does not track the ball's full path.
• League seasons: Browse your leagues, open a league's history and start a session from its page. End a season to move it into Past, or reopen it later. Season dates help distinguish leagues with the same name.
• Session editing: Update session details and dates so earlier league nights and tournaments appear in the right place in your history.
• Ball library: Browse 2,789 models across 41 brands, including Roto Grip Hustle SOS. Existing Arsenal links are preserved for renamed catalog entries.
• Arsenal search: Find the original 2008 Storm Hy-Road, search names with or without spaces and hyphens, and show more results beyond the first 20. Release years help distinguish similarly named balls.
• Live scoring and fouls: The live total reflects pins already earned while frame bonuses are pending. A smaller Foul control sits alongside Shot Details.
• Reliability and support: Improvements to draft recovery, saved-game editing, backup/restore validation and statistics. Settings includes Data & privacy and Help & support.
• Android optimization: App optimization improvements in version 3.1.1.

• Feature: Back up your data to Google Drive, iCloud, Files, or anywhere via the share sheet — and restore it on a new device or after reinstalling
